Virginia is developing her own little personality. She loves to smile and "talk" to us. Virginia's talking is basically cooing and ooing. We love it! We also think she is the smartest baby in the world! (but doesn't everyone think their baby is the smartest and prettiest?) This is a video Eric took on his iphone the other night.
